Collaboration - Web 2.0 Budget

So, here's the breakdown.  We are buying our students brand new MacBooks and Waycom Bamboo tablets.  In addition, we are flying Mark Zuckerberg from England to speak about Facebook.  Assuming that we do a seminar-style presentation, we are providing catering for the guest, teachers, and all 25 students (28 people total).  Here's the spreadsheet!
